Is Silly Diary free?
It is free to download and use: writing, stickers, bingo boards, recaps, widgets and the Face ID lock cost nothing. Silly Diary Pro is an optional one-time purchase, not a subscription, that adds all six collections plus custom ones, no watermarks, every print layout and more share backgrounds.
Do I need an account?
No. There is no account and no sign-in. You open the app and write.
Where are my moments stored?
On your iPhone or iPad. If you turn on iCloud sync, they are also kept in your own private iCloud database, which only you can read. Nothing is sent to us, because we have no server.
Does it work offline?
Yes, fully. The app makes no network calls of its own; share cards and PDFs are made on your device.
What happens when a board is full?
A fresh board is dealt and the old one stays in the collection, so you can flip back through every board you have filled.
Can I print my diary?
Yes. Bingo pages and blank templates are free; the list and scrapbook grid pages come with Pro. Print on A4, A5 or US Letter, as a PDF or straight to AirPrint, with an ink-saver mode for everyday paper.
Who is Silly Diary not for?
It is not built for long journaling, diaries shared with other people, or mood and habit tracking with scores. It is for catching small moments, one line at a time.
Which languages does it speak?
Thirty, from English and Vietnamese to Japanese, Arabic and Hindi. The app follows your iPhone’s language, and you can change it in Settings.
How do I get Pro back on a new phone?
Open the Sticker shop in the app and tap Restore purchases, signed in with the Apple Account you bought Pro with. Pro is a one-time purchase, so there is nothing to pay again.
How do I move my diary to a new iPhone?
Turn on iCloud sync in Settings on the old phone, then open the app on the new one signed in to the same Apple Account. You can also export everything as JSON or PDF from Settings › Data.
How do I delete everything?
Settings › Data can remove every collection, board and moment from your device and your iCloud. It cannot be undone, so export first if you might want them back.
Can I turn off the evening reminder?
It is off unless you turn it on, and you can switch it off again in Settings at any time. It never mentions the days you skipped.
