Terms of Use
The short version: what you write is yours, and Pro is one purchase handled by Apple.
The app
Silly Diary is provided as it is, with no warranty.
What you write is yours. We never see it: there is no account, no server of ours, and nothing is uploaded. If iCloud sync is on, your moments are stored in your own private iCloud database under Apple's terms, and we have no access to it.
Silly Diary Pro is a one-time purchase, handled entirely by the App Store. Refunds are Apple's to give — ask through Apple's usual channels, not through us.
Please keep your own backups of anything you would be sad to lose. Settings › Data can export everything as JSON or PDF at any time.
If we change any of this, the new version ships with an app update.
